Deposits are used to reserve labor, equipment, and materials for your project. These deposits are typically non-refundable once scheduling and preparation have begun.
3. Cancellations Before Work Begins
If a cancellation is made before any materials are purchased or work has started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative or planning costs incurred.
4. Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the quality of work, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will review the issue and, if necessary, provide corrective solutions rather than refunds.
5. Weather & Project Delays
Due to the nature of asphalt work, weather conditions may affect scheduling. Delays caused by weather do not qualify for refunds.
