Cancellation & Scheduling Policy

At AGASSIZ ASPHALT, we understand that project plans may change due to weather, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances. This policy outlines how cancellations and rescheduling are handled for all asphalt and paving services.

1. Project Cancellation: Clients may cancel a scheduled project by providing at least 48–72 hours’ notice prior to the agreed start date. Cancellations made after materials or labor have been scheduled may be subject to administrative or preparation costs.

2. Deposits: Certain projects may require a non-refundable deposit to secure scheduling and materials. Deposits ensure labor, equipment, and materials are reserved specifically for your project.

3. Rescheduling: We offer flexible rescheduling options based on availability. Weather conditions, especially in outdoor asphalt work, may also require project date adjustments to ensure quality results.

4. Weather Delays: Asphalt installation and paving work are weather-dependent. AGASSIZ ASPHALT reserves the right to delay or reschedule work to maintain safety and ensure proper material performance.
